Kerr Drug moves into new HQ RALEIGH, N.C. -- Earlier this month, Kerr Drug moved into its new headquarters here, about 30 miles from its former office in Durham.
According to a company spokeswoman, the regional drug chain has been searching for new office space since 2002, when it acquired a former CVS distribution center in Raleigh. Since 1997, Kerr has been using office space in a distribution center it acquired through a leveraged buyout, but wanted to find a stand-alone office after it acquired the facility from CVS and moved its distribution operation to that building.
The newly remodeled, 30,000,square-foot office space is twice as large as Kerr's old office.
